Unnecessary deductions

I am 75 years old customer of Airtel service and my mobile number is 09890193693.
Today (date: 22/05) i got message at 2.05p.m from Airtel services number-AD-54321, "Thanks for downloading Humgama Contest Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10..." i never downlaoded nor sent any request in my whole life time for this or such other games to Airtel.
As i have hearing problem so on my behalf my daughter Savita complaint Airtel costumer care complaint numbers: 121 and 198. there i complaint about it. Call center Operator ms Ashwini after checking that no such games were downlaoded and it was Airtel mistake, and so with apology asured her that my money will be refunded. As she switch off the phone again i got two messages from Airtel Service number:543211 at 2:27p.m.telling me further unneccessary duduction they made from my prepaid accout. Message i got is: "thank you for choosing HelloTunes. you have been charged rs 30 for 30 days. and t stop this service call 543211808..." and the second message: "You have been charged Rs.15 your Hellotunes has been changed to Tum Ho Mera Pyar. to search your favorite song sms ..."
in this way Airtel without any demand duducted 55 Rs provided me Hellotune services with dirty song. so my daughter again called Airtel Service and told the operator about both unwanted, undemanded services and duductions. the second Operator again with apology refunded 45rs.
But again at 3.45 pm i got same messages from 543211 duducting my 45rs. so i again complaint to 121and 198 about the same mistake. the operator again apologized for the Airtel Mistake but denied to refund the money with baseless auguement that Airtel cannot refund Thrid time money to the same number so he is helpless to refund my money. when i asked him then how Airtel can deduct money from customer accout without any demand, he told me that i should talk about my complaint to his superiors and made me to hold down the phone for near about 30 minutes and then cut off the call. after that i tried for next two hours to contect customer care operator but Airtel managed my call not to get contected with customer care operators. my numbers is still blocked to get connected with operators who hears the complaints.
This is regular practice immoral business ethics of Airtel. this is happened with me many times in past servives too.
and so I hope help from you to stop unnecessary deduction.
