Allotement of my present number without giving any information

As I was using Airtel connection for last 6 years

this number is prepaid and Iam using it everywhere in my OFFICIAL/NONOFFICIAL works, retailer issued this number to other person who is residing somewhere in Punjab. My whole official work suffered a lot due to this. I have registered complaints at police station as well as to its retailer office. They took no legal action regarding this.
