Activating the facilities without information

Hi,

I am having airtel post paid connection. Most the time, after refilling my card, payments get deducted by airtel sending the message that some facilities activated on your mobile. I do not under stand, why airtel is activiting such useless activities on my mobile without my concern. After activiting such useless facilities on mobile, whenever I call Airtel Call centre, they simply reply that now they can only de activited this facility but can not refund the charges. Is it the way of making the profit?

As a profession service provider, Airtel should stop such activities of cheating the customers.
