Sub:- Cheating, wrong commitment and not reactivating my airtel postpaid mobile no-9936438111 after receiving the amount.

Sir

I was cheated by Airtel in the matter of my Postpaid mobile [9936438111] connection by an airtel representatives.

1) From 14 june to 16 june An executive name Rajesh [mob no-8574380382] was convinced me to submit 2000 Rs against due bill of my no-9936438111 and at 17-6 i'd paid -Rs. for full and final settlement and reactivation of my number bill number[1568915], to his collection boy name Nitin [mob no-9935884261].

2) Both executive assured me that number will start at 20-06 but this didn’t happened and now they are ignoring my calls.

3) I had complaint regarding this whole matter to Airtel Nodal officer, Airtel Appellate and their customer care team of of my zone UP East, and I received a mail that my query will be solved within 3 days to 7 days but nobody shows their interest in solving my problem and my number[9936438111] is still dead.

So a humble request please do the needful, that will be highly appreciated
