Balance Deduction

I am using Airtel mobile no 9971491478, from last 4 or 5 months i regularly facing the problem of unnecceary balance deduction. Many time i have put a mail on this issue to 121@in.airtel.com, but they refuse to refund my money. They regularly charged me for hungama content games, weekly subscription, airtel live, airtel mobile tv and lot more and i didnt use any of such service till now neither download any games from any of the site. many times the customer care executive assure me that they are reverting my money back to me but they didnt. I complaint many time but again and again same problem happening to me and none of the action taken from airtel in this issue. I want the permanent soloution of this and want my deducted amount which is 53 rupees back to me.
