Activation of services called 'hungamaclub-video portal'

Since some days back service named hungamaclub-video portal has been activated on my mobile no.9872003303 without any intimation and without my prior approval. Rs.2/- per day are being deducted from my Balance. No option to de-activate the service or to contact the customer care there. Kindly get this services de-activated and refund the amount deducted on this account.
