Complain regarding very poor speed of gprs

Sir,

I am an airtel suscriber. My no. is 9678923754.I am using airtel gprs service for almost two year. In those period I never complain regarding the speed of the gprs. But on last month I put a complain here regarding the speed of gprs and they sort it out. But now again from last two days I found the speed got very poor. It take almost 10min to open a site. I think they are doing this intentionally. Please sort the problem as early as possible otherwise I have to use mobile portability. My location is Lalganesh, Guwahati-34
