My Mobile No.8088304324

By its Transaction ID 817117990, Air Tel acknowledged the recharge of my account. I find, however, that the balance in my account doesn’t quite reflect it. A day has passed since that recharge, let me add. What ever has happened to that payment? The transaction ID would confirm the payment. Why is it not reflected in the account? I thought a technically-savvy, customer-friendly company ought to update the account –just as promptly -- as it receives a payment into the account.
