C. care not giving respons & changed my plan automattecally

Respected sir,

I am using air tel mobile 9970011868 from last four year. but from the start of this December i am suffering from the following problems.

1) Airtel c. care has added my mobile number 9970011868 in reject list. they are not taking my call. therefore i am unable to speak about my problems.

2) Airtel has deducted my account balance at one time on date 20/10 time 1.00 AM total Rs 270 Against GPRS usage though i had Activated GPRS plan on that date for one month.

3) air tel automatically changed my prepaid mobile plan. from 1 December.

therefore, I decided to go with vodafone. I have given request to vodafone on date 13/12. vodafone accept but on today air tel rejected to port out my number.

i have decided to go in consumer court at Bandra on Monday 19/12.
