Request to STOP NEWS SUBSCRIPTION AND DEDUCTION OF RS.10/= EACH FROM ALL DIFFERENT NEWS SOURCES

For the last 6/7 months I have observed, that I am receiving unwanted News headlines / material on my SMS messages which I am not interested in as I have my daily "Times of India" Newspaper at my door every morning.

I have not asked for any NEWS subscription from any Artel Mobile Services. Still Rs.10/= is deducted for every News from News Sources viz. ITW NEWS -1 and like wise others Rs.10/= is deducted in great style by these people.

In the past Rs.30/= used to be deducted for JOKES, without my permission or request to them.

I strongly object to this sort of cheating Mobile customers to pull in huge sum from us. I therefore, request you to kindly refund the sum deducted for their News Subscribtion and take necessary action against them at the earliest.
