UNCESSARY DEDUCTION

I am AIRTEL customer with the number9896858058.The balance of my prepaid account is being deducted Rs. 110 without any prior notice and even without any pack activation.i have already complained to the customer care lots of time.there has not been any effort from the side of customer care to resolve this problem and they also deactivate the service. Now i am not able to connect with customer care.

You are requested to please see this and help me what i will do this regarding this.
