Airtel Mobile Company
Service is pathetic

I have been using Airtel pre-paid SIM CARD for almost a year now. Initially the service was good but now its worst as they keep deducting money from my account balance for some or the other service that they activate it on their own (like hello tunes, music mania and many other crap). Whenever i try calling customer service no. It will never get connected. I tried so many times to speak to customer service and ask them the reason why they deduct money but can never get hold of one. Im really frustrated with this. Please help me on this
