Airtel Mobile Conncection
Deduction of balance for services which i had not asked to activiate

Hi Sir/Madam

My name is abhishek Agarwal and i am having airtel prepaid connection my number is 9004305767.

Few week back airtel had activated the service known as Airtel live without my request and on 21 jan they had activated the matrimonial alterts service. I logged a complatint to deactivate the service and reversal of charges for these services as same is not requested by me.

Toady on 23 Jan they give me a call from number 9004655597 and when i had asked the details and proff for a SMS sent by me for activation of these charges they had disconnected the call and closed my complaint. This is really frustrating as they are using there monopoly and deducting any sort of charges.

These type of things must be stopped in future
