Airtel mobile connection
NOT ABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS TO RELIANCE MOBILES IN ANDHRA PRADESH

SIR,

1. I have taken a connection of AIRTEL on 24Jan10 with no.08146082345 from RAJAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN N AREA, BEHLANA.

2. I am not able to make OUTGOING CALLS to RELIANCE mobiles in ANDHRA PRADESH from this airtel number.

3. I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this problem of outgoing calls. A complaint was done by me on 28Jan10 and my complain no. is 0128351234. They told me that the problem would be solved by 03Feb10.

4. But it was not solved and without taking any confirmation from me they resolved my complaint as solved.

5. I got 2 falls calls to inform me that the problem was solved, but still the problem is as it was.

6. Even after my repeated reminders about my compliant they have taken least interst in this case and not solved this yet. I even tried to contact their NODAL OFFICER Amithab which always responded busy.

7. This is causing a great inconveneine for me as all my relatives numbers are of reliance connection in andhra pradesh. I am unable to contact my parents for this reason.

8. So please kindly look into the matter and solve this problem and help me utilising my full rights.
