Not able to make outgoing call after migrating from Post-paid to Pre-paid connection

I converted Post-paid Airtel Mobile connection no. 9971933557 into Pre-paid Mobile Connection on 5th June at noon which was activated on 6th June noon. From that time onwards I am receiving the calls but not able to make the calls from myb Mobile. I had made the complaint to the showroom from where I converted Post-paid connection into Pre-paid connection but they are not able to help me. I had made complaint with Customer Care Centre twice but they have given 24 hr time to get the complaint solved. Even after 48 hrs have passed nothing concrete has happened. In case, Airtel is not in position to solve my problem them my all charges may be refunded with balance of post paid so that I take some other connection from different service provider and advice others also not to go for Airtel pre-paid connection anymore.
