Airtel mobile connection
Out going stopped by airtel

I am using my airtel number 9818902028 for more then 4 years, today balance is Rs.408.65, validity- Jun but my phne's.out going has stopped (Customer care also) without any information by airtel. At present the reason is announced as in sufficient submission of documents. This is surprising that Airtel has come to point out / find this after more then 4 years, It is very shameful for airtel to give services till date without any enquirer. It is very disappointing for safe and security of communication system, why there was not a check earlier. Will airtel retun my balance amount?

In addition to this my mobile no 9810948394 has been taxed twice and there are many more cheatings
