Receivng unwanted SMS from AX-SYLIFE

For last three months I am receiving unwanted SMS from AX-SYLIFE. In a day I receive 6 to 8 messages which fill my inbox and some images are so big that my phone hangs. I wrote to customer care Airtel on 14th July and 15th July to solve this problem.

First, they said that by 23rd July this would be solved. I thought that might be because of some technical issues this would take 8-10 days. But today is 30th of July and still I am receiving the SMS. There is no reply or any contact made by Airtel.

I really want Airtel to stop sending these nonsense SMS.
