NOT ABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS / INCOMING CALLS ONCE INSIDE MY HOUSE
SIR,
1. I have 2 Airtel Connection (9748964365, 9831456351) at home, KOLKATA, West Bengal Circle since Dec
2. I am not able to make any OUTGOING CALLS / INCOMING CALLS from airtel number once inside my house.
3. I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this problem of outgoing calls. SEVERAL complaint was done by me us, they come back saying complaint is resolved but same problem continues.
4. But it was not solved and without taking any confirmation from me they resolved my complaint as solved.
5. I got 2 falls calls to inform me that the problem was solved, but still the problem is as it was.
6. Even after my repeated reminders about my compliant they have taken least interst in this case and not solved this yet.
7. This is causing a great inconveneine for me as whenever there is a call i have to rush out of my house, which is not the case with BSNL mobile.
8. Whenever i call your call centre they ask me to change handset, switch off and switch on again. But pls inform them problem lies with their connectivity and not handet.
9. So please kindly look into the matter and solve this problem and help me utilising my full rights.
