Sudden disruption os services

I had post paid connection of airtel with no.9818228440 since last 2 years with entire satisfaction of Air Tel. I got this post paid connection to prepaid on 20.12.10 and services were continuing satifactorily till 3 days back stating that documents have not been submitted. It is rediculous that all my details are available with air tel and I have submitted the change form from post paid to prepaid. I have met the air tel office in M block Connaught place, New Delhi where I had submittted the form on 20.12.10.Despite talking and registering the request, the connection have been temporarily kept on hold though I have recharged the mobile with Rs 400/- coupen. Presently I am facing great difficulty specially as new year is nearing. Please take the corretive action immediately.
