Undue deduction of my balance to zero

I got my phone recharged on 16 th may and on 20th may airtel deducted my balance leaving zero amt in my account. again on 22nd i recharged with 100 rs and on 23rd more 60rs was deducted. on complaining they said u have used a plan of net on ur mobile which i never requested for. i had a plan of 98 per month from the last one year which was more than sufficient for me to browse. they changed my that plan to some other in which according to airtel i used net worth rs 444 in 3 days. do u think is it possible. still i deactivated my net services and was using my mobile just for calling. on 6th june i got a message in the afternoon that they have activated my 3G services for which again i never requested. i immidiately called customer care to deactivate it, but they said we have no record of any services from ur side and moreover their are no charges for 3G. still i got it deactivated with the computer and i have the record of messages also. same day in the evening around 9pm they deducted my full balance again. at that time all offices r closed and my all outgoing calls r barred. i was not able to make any call, not even to customer care. airtel has cheated me. i being a female and a doctor its really difficult if phone stops working. i am badly harassed with the airtel services. kindly help.
