Charges without authorization and advertiments

My cell no is 8085562415. i got messages from airtel that they have deducted Rs 10 for using internet facility for next one week. how can i be charged this in advance without ascertaining first whether i would like to use this facility for next one week or not!

secondly when i dial a number from my phone, i am subjected listening to an advertisement by the company about its product or service. this is irritating paticularly if i am short of time.
