Unnecessary deduction of Rs.30

Sir,

I am using Airtel's mobile no.8800701299 (prepaid). I received a sms for a package worth Rs.30/- as rent from airtel on 18-0810 which was ignored by me as I do not want this type of package. Next day I noticed that a amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance without my consent and demand on 19-08-10. I immediately contacted customer care on no.123 and told the same to airtel executive but the executive did not give any assistance to refund my Rs.30/-. I also tried to send an e-mail at 123@airtel.com but this was not delivered.

Sir so many people are suffering from this type of unecessary deduction from their balance and on making complaint in this regard the service provider do not solve the problem.

Kindly look into the matter and airtel be directed to avoid this practice and make refund to me. Further it is not under your kind control please advise me how & whome to process this complaint.
