I have an airtel mobile for the past few years and, off and on the service provider gives trouble wherein callers find me out of range when I am not or they find my phone switched off when it is not. Since the past two days I am not able to call or receive calls even though full signal is there. However, without making any calls at all on a single day I am being billed for Rs 100 to Rs 150.
When I want to call them also their website is not at all user friendly and is unable to give me a number which I can call from a non airtel mobile.
Going down to the airtel centre is a sheer waste of time because there is always a long queue. I wonder what right such companies have to operate in our country when they are downright dishonest in their billing and cannot provide the basic services.
