Too much calldrop facing since oneyea

Respected sir,

I lodged a complaint few days ago also, but failed to get any reply from forum.

As such again writing to you, I am facing dropcalls problem nearly one year and I requested the AIRTEL POST PAID customer no 121 abount this lot of time. But futile to say and frusted now. Airtel has given few times some relife by way of discount of Rs 200/-, 250/-, 300/- & 350/- etc. but sorry to say that the same was not actually beengiven in monthly statement as such it is a purely a befooling the customer. Now I want to close / deactivate the post paid line Number-9818670940, but AIRTEL is not sending my last bill/ outstanding ammount bill to me so that I can get cancelled my A/c of post paid. So please intervin the institution and help me out.
