Excess deduction of money

My Airtel no. is 9967915294. I am using Govt. scheme. I rarely use outgoing calls that too most probably on airtel only. Whenever I use outgoing, the consume time and consume value shows correctly but the balance is reducing so fastly that which is not earlier brought forward balance but it is something new. I can't understand without making any calls, how the balance is reducing. I observed that at every new calls made, earlier balance will not reflect brought forward balance but it shows something different which is unnecessarily and unjustified deductions. Please rectify at the earliest possible.
