Airtel Mobile - Prepaid
Balanace Deducted

I am Venkat and i have Airtel prepaid connection (Cell Number 91-7709197024). My complain is against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile connection.

I received an SMS stating " you last call charge is rupuees 1 "

but i did not made any call, same message i got contineously two days, i called to customer care,

customer care executive told that i have activated to for alerts, but i have not activated any valude added or service alerts. With my authentication how should they activate any such alerts.

Please do the needful.
