Airtel Mobile Prepaid service
Forceful activation of bogus services

Dear Sir,

I had been enjoying Airtel's prepaid services on my mobile since more than five years. Of late some services are getting activated without my knowledge and on a daily basis my account balance is getting debited. I had contacted the Customer Care, the services of which is not to be told any further. Those call center guys/girls talk as if some recorded message has to be played, their statements do not provide any satisfactory reply. Kindly see that not only such forceful marketing be encouraged as also these 'customer care ' be handled by some responsible representative of Airtel office and not mere call center irresponsible kids. We really do not so much time to keep trying to get a line for 121. Its simply ridiculous. Hope to hear from you in my email-id sucharitaghosh1991@gmail.com. Regards.
