ON 25-12 I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT THAT YOU HAVE WRONGLY CHARGED RS. 45/- FOR CALLER TUNES WHICH IS NOT ACTIVATED BY ME. IT IS YOUR SYSTEM FAULT THAT THEY AUTOMATIC ACTIVATED AND WRONGLY DEDUCTED MY RS. 45/- . I HAVE REQUEST YOU PLEASE REFUND MY BALANCE BECAUSE THIS SERVICES IS ACTIVATED BY YOU NOT ACTIVATED BY ME. WHEN I HAVE CALL CUSTOMER CARE BY MY FRIEND MOBILE TO KNOW HOW IT IS ACTIVATED IN MY MOBILE THAN HE SAID TO ME THAT I HAVE ACTIVATE THIS SERVICES BY CALLING 121. THIS IS KIND FOR YOUR INFORMATION THAT MY CUSTOMER CARE IS BLOCKED BY YOU BEFORE ONE MONTH. HOW I STARTED THIS SERVICES. IT APPEARS THAT THIS SERVICES IS ACTIVATED BY YOU AND YOUR SYSTEM SHOWS THAT SERVICES IS ACTIVATED FROM MY SIDE. SIR I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU PLEASE REFUND OF RS. 45/- WHICH IS WRONGLY DEDUCTED BY YOUR SYSTEM. AFTER ALL THIS I UNDERSATND THAT YOU WANT THAT I WILL STOP USING YOUR SERVICES. OK IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY BALANCE AS EARLY I WILL SURRENDER YOUR AIRTEL SIM.
