AIRTEL MOBILE PREPAID SERVICES
Regarding irregularities in prepaid mobile connection

Sir,

Myself Dr. Md. Osamah Kalim, Assistant Professor, MGVC, Bhratpur, Rajasthan. I have applied for prepaid mobile services from Airtel on dated 7/03 and getting it on the same day. My mobile no. is 08003387848. I have submitted valid identity proof (driving liscence) and a local reference of the city. After 12 days, the mobile service provider had blocked my sim giving reasons of invald identity proof. i have complained to the local retailer but till now the problem has not been solved. On their request i have again submitted my ID proof. Kindly take some strict action, so that person like me wouldn't be harassed.
