Recharge Payment

I, Mayank Rastogi, staying in Kolkata, recharged my airtel No. 9007812438 of INR 100 on 6/05/10 by e- recharge (service provider is via of DTDC) on 6th of May at 7.35 Pm in Kolkata only. I have received a sms at 7.36 Pm from 555555 that dear customer your recharge request was processed successfully but when i checked my balance it was still showing previous amount means balance was not transfered to my account. I have paid to retailer as i received the sms from Airtel. At same time my two other colleague recharged their Airtel Nos (Nos are 9007814294 of Atul Sudhakar and 9748864680 of Avinash Karn) from same retailer and they also recived the SMS from same no and got their balance.

After 5 minutes, I inquired from customer care of Airtel about the balance but they said that this number has not been recharged. I asked them how have i received sms from airtel about the confirmation. They did not give any satisfactory answer.

Yesterday I also inquired about refund of money to the same retailer but he said that he did not received any refund amount.

You are requested to kindly do the needful in this regard so that i can get my money back.
