How can you charge me without my subscription

Sir I am santhosh... I did not activate Mobile TV on my mobile (My number 9840538425). But you are activated Airtel Mobile TV on my number. And you are charged Rs. 40 from my account. How can you charge me without my subscription??? This is not right...
