I (Dinesh Nema Prop. M s.R.V. Trading Co. 251, Civil Lines Narsinghpur 487001)

doing as retailer in Narsinghpur (M.P.) since 08/01

I sold a sim no. 8991930206017127499 having mobile no. 9893885568 on 20 05 2007

to Mr. Om Prakash Mehra dully filled CAF on same day and with first

recharge of Rs. 495 Rs. 200

For lifetime validity.

Recently on 16 12 2009 I recharge it with Rs. 56 at 07:39 PM thru TxID

No. 1367629985

because it has full talk time (information from Dial 121312) and

recharge with Rs. 37 at 07:47 PM thru

TxID No. 1367675845 for call rate 1 paisa per second for a year.

Mr. Mehra make calls from his cell up to 20 12 2009 as

ease but at night it goes dead.

For this I contact customer care local dealer on 21 12 2009 but result null

Then I make call to Mr. Bhupendra Singh Ahuja TM RSO on his cell no.

9893549355 he says to wait for 2 or 3 days

but he do nothing then

I call to ZONAL MANAGER Mr. Ajay Roreja ji on his cell

no. 9993049666 he said ok call me

on Monday I will do in this matter but from 28 12 2009 to till date

he not receive my call.

SO Please do the needful and reply me as soon as possible
