Airtel Live unwanted sms

I am getting unwanted messages from Airtel Live, from the number series 55382. I have made many complaints in this regards but the company call center goes to the extent of disconnecting my calls when faced with my questions.

I simply want that all the smses from the above number series should be stopped immediately. I am also quite shocked to see the number of people who have this same complaint and the company doesnt do anything about it.
