Airtel Mobile Service
Unsatisfactory service

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Nandan Singh Basera using an airtel postpaid number 9897975957 since past few years. I have activated missed call alert service (mca) from last one and a half year. I am sorry to say that they charged me full year without providing the service. Despite of my repeated complaints no action has been taken so far. Instead of resolving the problem, they are trying to compensate my complain by reducing mere amount from my monthly bill. Hope that some strict action will be taken for airtel service providers and my problem will be given a satisfactory solution.
