Restart the service for prepaid connection

From last 10 years I am using airtel service. I have 3 postpaid connection which are working and one prepaid connection. This prepaid connection was from last 6 years, now its closed by airtel without proper intimation. It was closed before 15 days. It is my old connection and my lot of contacts depend on this.
I visited Airtel gallery many times, They offer me to take a postpaid connection for same number, but i already recharged that past with 4 years of validity. How could they stop the service and why i pay rental for this new connection? what about my old connection?
I called 121 (customer care) and they tell me to contact Cheryl Pereira (Nodal officer) to resolve my problem. but she doesn't received my call. This is a stupid service provided by Airtel.
I have written an email to them('121@airtelindia.com') and was looking for some solution to my problem, but its also failed.
I am ready to submit all documents which are necessary but they not take seriously.
