Unlawful Deduction every 3 months of money from my account

I have been a Airtel User for the last few years now. Since the last 1 year or so I have the problem of Unlawful Deduction from my account every couple of months. They state it as technical problem. I face this problem when I recharge my internet pack (GPRS) for Rs 98. The amount does not get registered with them and they deduct my GPRS usage. If I don't pay attention on my balance it gets deducted and I have to literally fight with the customer service to get my money back. At the end of 5 days they accept it is an error on their end and they pay me back.
