Billing Issue: Extra charges are included in post paid bill

Sir,

I am using Airtel mobile service (Mobile No:9902888667) from last 2.5 years, my monthly bill dont cross 1200 Rs, but this time

my Bill (Period :02 April to 1st May)... it is 8651.45 Rs.

I checked the itemised bill and found that

1. There are entries of my Internet Usage from 25th of March to 1st of April in Bill Period from 02 April to 01-May. which should not be. I have been charged for the same usage.

2. If it has been counted in my bill period 02 March to 1st April (which should be), these usage falls under my free usage as per the plan: : 250 mb 3g gprs

I raised the same complaint to customer care: but no satisfactory reply from their side.

I droped so many mail to 121@in.airtel.com and every time they say within 48 hours, your issue will get resolved... i did not get any reply from them

After few days i forwarded the same complaint to nodalofficer nodalofficer.kk@airtel.in., i got one reply after many days that i have used 3g services during specified period thats why it is so...

it shows how careless they are working, they have not gone through even my mail and not understood what the actual issue is?

i talked so many times to customer care, evey time they say, they have re opened the issue, my question is how they can close the issue without acknowledge me.

please do the needfull.
