WRONGLY CHARGED FOR VAS SERVICES

I have been wrongly charged for some game plan from Airtel Live. I haven't opened Airtel Live but it has been wrongly activated & when i got message about it I quickly unsubscribed the service via message. But then also I have been charged rs. 99 for that. I also had been charged 50 Rs. for some other VAS.

And when I called customer care, they first cut my call & then said that that I had opened Airtel Live & activated the service & when I warned the senior manager to go to consumer forum, he said to me rudely that u can go for it. I have called them for 7-8 times but they are not ready to refund my money.
