Deduction of Amount for service which i havent registerd

My complaint is that Many times Airtel mobile service provider are activating the Services for which we havenot registered or requested for &automatically the Amount is deducted from Our MObile balance. I have registered the complaint many times to customercare but it continues even they made assurance that it will not repeat & my amount is getting deducted everytime. Recently same thing happened i lodged complaint to customer care for refund which they assured but didnt& continued messaging jokes service to me & deducting the amount thereby. My mobile no is 9665284870.please look nto the matter & get me my amount refund.
