Unnecessary Charges

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My Name is Pawan Kumar aged 57 years. I am using Airtel Prepaid Number 919571477672. The Service Provider are constant charging me for Friendz Chat and Cricket Updates for which I have not subscribed. Moreover they have deducted Rs.99/- for Sonic Cricket Gamedownload again for which I have never asked for. I tried to complaint to customer Care but they said deny this and saying that they are not going to waive off the balance deduction.

Please advice me how to proceed further
