Deducation balance

My Mobile number :9994841484

Airtel mobile service provider activated NATIONAL NEWS ALERTS service without my request on may 09 they charging Rs.1 per day. I called the customer care people since 11 may. They are not responding me properly. I wrote email to them. They gave confirmation email regarding the service deactivation on may 23 .But the service still is active. My Balance is deducted Rs.1 everyday.

i would like to complaint the above matter.
