This is Saibabu, i was using airtel mobile connection for past 3 years, by 16 months have got 2 more connections for which i have paid caution deposit for Rs. 300.00 each. When i was requesting for portability to another service provider due to service lapse during my tenure, they were telling enomerous reasons for rejecting my portabillity request. After 2 1/2 months fight i have had my numbers moved to Vodafone mobile connection. Know they had generated last bill after my transfer to extend of Rs.253.00 and Rs.232.00. When i asked to adjust against the caution deposit was told that it was already adjusted from by 4th bill onwards which dont evidence in the bill i had received. Moreover irrespective of all the escaltion where i due course, they have intimated the existing service that i have outstanding due and request to interept my connection. I strongly feel that AIRTEL have converted from EXTENDING SERVICE to EXTENDING MONEY in all means.
