My Number is 9892985589, i have been facing network problems since almost 45 days, afetr every call the network on my phone goes away and comes back after 2-3 mins, i have changed almost 8-9 phones thinking that it may be the phones problem, but no luck. I have given complaints on the customer care number 121, and have the received the feedback as we will look into the matter but no response. the reference no given was CINDL30312161614.

Since then nothing has been done and now since the past 10 days i m facing problems with the GPRS connectivity, it get disconnected every 5 mins.

the network has gone pathetic.
