Deactivate the model view club service

i want to deactivate model view club service you have given one link http;//203.15.112.5/mvc/default.aspx? route=unsub on my mob no 9163534106. I never asked for this service and Airtel on 03-06-11 just sent a link and charged Rs.99/month an illegal way. When I tried to deactivate, this link never worked. So i request higher authorities to look in into the matter and kindly deactive this service at ealiest and obliged me.
