I bought a airtel plug and surf modem... it costed me 3500/- and was promised a lot of things like speed of 256kbps... wherein i only used to get the speed of 15kbps... when tried to return the modem and get a refund by reaching to manager level people... no one listened... looking at the fact that companies in INDIA seriously can loot common people... i gave up and stopped using the modem within 10 days of purchase... and still received a bill of somewhat around 1300/-...i still have the modem and feel... which reminds me that i will never ever use AIRTEL ever in my life... plz advise is there anyway i can get refund...
