Got a promotion sms of the new billing plan. opted for turbo249 and got a confirmation through sms and phone saying that the plan will be effective next billing cycle i.e. billing from 11/12/09. but when asked over phone on 11/12 night through customer care they said it is yet to be activated then have been following up with customer care but one by one confirming over phone but not done yet. when we approached airtel showroom, the executive said it can be done only from next billing cycle i.e. 11/01/10 which i don't need. i felt it is a better plan for me as i am travelling and need to make a lot of STD calls this month. but it is really paining that nobody takes care and no reply to my e-mail sent to 121 taken care. kindly look in to this complaint and revert. i would be ever grateful as i need this to be effected immediately. i will be staying in chennai till jan'10 and will be in kerala. i may need this no. for many reasons for atleast six months. it is easier for me to go in for new connection with any operator as all the mobile operators are offering many useful user friendly plans with easy tariff. for certain personal reasons, i need this no. for some time. I have taken this postpaid mobile connection in January.
