Postpaid bill for wrong bill crate

Our company name is Gayatri timber mart. My Airtel Mobile number is 9898021183.I have started 500 local airtel to airtel sms schem, 10% discount on plan Etc offer are given by customer operator and i have proof of this facility started by customer operator and he gives this offer for life time but in bill no any offer amount deducted. company charged full bill so i need help for this complaint.
