Advance rental

I have paid Rs.899 on account of advance rental plan on 24th July wide receipt number 6517 in airtel authorised outlet CELL WELL (RT Nagar) for my mobile number 9900001970.

Airtel instead of accounting it in advance rental plan has used the fund to deduct in my previuos bill and charged the same 899 in my latest bill (Bill No 316728782 dated 9th Sept). Now that they have misused the amount, I asked them to remove the 899 from this bill and I dont need the advance rental plan anymore.

Please guide me how can we go about this legally.
