To Whom So Ever It May Concern

My name is Touqeer Siddiqui having a Airtel postpaid connection with mobile number 9900888336. I made a payment of Rs. 4000 by cash to an Airtel executive and got a call from Airtel office in Bannerghatta road where a representative confirmed that the payment of Rs.4000 by cash has been received. But it is not posted on to my account he also confirmed the receipt number over the call which I have recorded. Even then they have disconnected all my incoming and out going calls. When I went to Airtel office in RT Nagar branch they are asking for the photo copy of the receipt which I have lost it. So, please do the needful I want to sue Airtel for lack of communication. I can now be reachable on 99000-01671.
