Airtel Post Paid Bill
Wrong account summary of Airtel bill no 377184804 Dated 13.12.2010

I have postpaid Airtel mobile phone (no.9831658030) connection. I normally clear my airtel mobile bill (month-wise) well in due date. Accordingly, against Airtel Bill Number 358196359 Dated 13/11 my payable amount was Rs.234.81 & corresponding due date was 01.12. I paid Rs.234/- on 22.11.2010 (i.e well witihin due date). To my utter surprise I found, Airtel, in Bill no.377184804 Dated 13.12. is asking for Rs.234.81 as previous balance & payments made - Rs.129/-, and for Bill period (11 Nov. 2010 to 10.Dec.2010) charges is Rs.230.53 (against which I have paid Rs.230/- on 20. 12 .2010). I have all the previous Airtel bill records which show that I have regulerly cleared my bill amounts. So Airtel should amend their mistake in the next bill.
